When I decided to make the change to live a more positive life, I had to get rid of negative thoughts and influences and replace them with positive ones.

  1. Find your passion!  Passion sparks your enthusiasm.  And your enthusiasm drives your success.
  2. Make choices that expand your possibilities, not limit them.
  3. Take a breath!  And remember, everything will be ok.
  4. Have the guts, the courage and the belief in what you do.
  5. Keep going. Keep pushing. Keep seeking. 
  6. Create a mantra, saying or prayer that will get you through the tough days.
